The RST Tractech series has become a motorcycle clothing staple, delivering incredible protection and comfort at an incredible price for both road riders and track day enthusiasts. Now returning in its fifth incarnation, the RST Tractech Evo 5 One Piece Leather Suit builds upon the Tractech legacy, utilising RST's expansive knowledge of motorcycle racing to bring you the very best in protection and comfort on every ride.

As with the previous versions of the RST Tractech Evo Leathers, the Tractech Evo 5 One Piece Ladies Leather Suit features RST's proprietary premium drum dyed cowhide leather construction with a 1.1 - 1.3mm thickness, the same leather material used on RST's high specification V4.1 Evo professional racing suit. Offering an unparalleled level of abrasion resistance, this premium leather outer construction is triple stitched with a bonded nylon thread for maximum strength, ensuring that the seams of the suit won’t open or burst when subjected to intense abrasion typical of that which you would experience in a slide across the tarmac on a track day.

As a commitment to your safety, the one piece suit features an upgraded level of protection over the previous editions of the Tractech Evo. For the first time in the Tractech series, this ladies one piece leather motorcycle suit features a full suite of CE Level 2 armour as standard, meaning you'll find CE Approved Level 2 armour padding at the back, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees as standard, offering the very best in impact protection. These dedicated armour pieces are designed to help dissipate impact energy away from these areas, limiting the damage done to the areas beneath, protecting bones, internal organs and more. As another first for the RST Tractech Evo series, you'll also find a pocket for adding a CE approved chest protector to the suit, allowing you to upgrade your protection even further should you choose to.

In addition to the CE approved armour, the RST Tractech Evo 5 features TPU shoulder cups, the same as those found on RST’s Race Dept V4.1 Evo suit. These shoulder cups offer a lower friction point to help the rider slide across the tarmac. As another unique feature of the Tractech Evo 5, you'll find rectangular soft density padding areas at the bicep, included to help reduce the impact energy transferring to this area in the event of an accident, whether on the road on a sunny Sunday or tackling the tight turns on a track day.

Whether you're riding your bike for a day on the roads or kitted up for a track day, you're going to be wearing your one piece leather motorcycle suit for a considerable amount of time. RST listen to their Race Department rider's feedback and feedback from the public and have worked hard to maximise the comfort of the suit, without taking away from the Track Fit sports riding profile for which the Tractech series is so well known. A redesigned shape of the suit offers a greater level of comfort for a wider range of riders while the collar area offers even greater comfort at the neck when riding in a tucked position. You'll also find an increase in the amount of four way stretch materials and accordion leather stretch panelling, ensuring that the hardwearing leather outer construction doesn't interfere with the natural range of movement of the rider. Further comforts come in the form a neoprene race collar which maximises comfort by minimising irritation at a sensitive area.

The leather outer construction features a host of perforated areas designed to channel cool air into the suit while riding, helping to keep you cool when the temperatures begin to rise. Should you still find yourself sweating in your new RST leather suit, there is a quick drying mesh interior lining within, included to help stop your skin from sticking to the leather. This interior mesh lining is removable to speed up the drying time and easily refitted, making you ready to go at a moments notice.

If you are planning on taking your new RST leather suit to a track day, the RST Tractech Evo 5 Ladies Suit features matt finish RST knee sliders which are fixed with a hardwearing Velcro, ensuring that they stay fixed in place when you’re tearing through the technical sections of the course and making them easy to remove and replace when you’ve worn them out. A race hump found at the rear of the suit ensures that air is perfectly directed down your back when riding in a tucked position, making the rider as aerodynamic as possible when it counts the most.
