Following the incredible success of the RST Loadout jacket, RST return for the new season with a full zip version, offering everything that we loved about the Loadout with easier access into the jacket.

The Kevlar Loadout Hoodie features RST’s Urban Fit profile for a relaxed fit and guaranteed comfort, akin to a casual fashionable hoodie rather than a traditional motorcycle jacket. The R-Shell textile outer material furthers the casual appearance but is supremely hardwearing and backed with official DuPont Kevlar to maximise the abrasion resistant properties in areas that typically suffer the most in a slide across tarmac.

For even greater protection, the hoodie features a corespun polyester thread to hold it all together, improving the strength of the garment by maximising the strength at the seams and decreasing the chances of failure under intense friction. Beneath the surface of the Jacket lies CE approved armour, designed to help reduce the impact energy at key areas to help decrease the damage and improve your recovery time after an accident. CE Level 1 shoulder armour and CE Level 1 elbow armour are included as standard, with an additional pocket for a CE approved back protector should you choose to upgrade the protective properties of this kevlar motorcycle hoodie.

Despite its casual appearance, the RST Loadout Jacket is completely waterproof thanks to the inclusion of RST’s SinAqua waterproof breathable membrane. This waterproof membrane is microporous, featuring vast amounts of small holes that are too small to allow water molecules to pass through while large enough that water vapour (sweat) can escape from inside the jacket, ensuring that you remain fresh and dry inside your new RST hoodie.

The addition of a Sherpa fleece lining makes this armoured motorcycle jacket supremely comfortable. Incredibly soft to the touch, the Sherpa lining makes riding in the Jacket a pleasurable experience as well as adding an additional layer of insulation to lessen the impact of wind chill. No matter where the road takes you, you’ll be riding in style and comfort.

Twin exterior zipped pockets make for the perfect storage locations for your phone or keys while on the road, while the drawstring adjustable hood helps to keep your head dry should the weather take a turn when you're walking around at your destination.
