it is extremely thin, to the point that I am a bit concerned about its effects in case of a hard fall. Nonetheless, it provides an added sense of safety, and it is not intrusive at all while you wear them. It comes in a pair.

I bought these for the hip pockets on my RST Jeans. They fitted perfectly. I would recommend these as you would not know they were there
