Made of carbon fiber

• The carbon fiber used for the new Xtra is the result of the continuous technical advances made by the In-Engineer Division of the LS2. Furthermore, this new, revolutionary carbon fiber is lighter and more resistant, apart from its design, which allows to better disperse and absorb the energy applied to the housing upon impact. Thanks to the enormous increase in active safety that it gives the driver, this innovative material is one of the biggest advances in the market for motorcycle helmets

Extra dynamic ventilation

• LS2 helmets have a so-called "Dynamic Flow-through Ventilation". Multiple adjustable inlet ducts and EPS damping with air ducts in conjunction with the rear spoiler and exhaust ducts provide permanent ventilation to provide the driver with cool and comfortable conditions

Double D-ring

• These models use a classic double D-ring buckle for a secure fit. Pass the strap through both D-rings and then between the first and second rings. Now tighten the belt until a tight fit ensures that the helmet can not roll in case of a fall

Emergency System

• Our emergency release system allows first-aiders to detach the neck roll and cheek pads from the helmet to gain more space for gentle removal of the helmet. It is best for a helper to hold the helmet to avoid unnecessary movement while someone else removes the parts. First remove the neck roll and then the cheek pads with the red tabs

Security cross

• This small cross is an exclusive equipment developed by LS2 and strengthens the fixation of the chinstrap with the helmet shell

Adjustable helmet shield

• The helmet shield is designed to keep out sun, dirt and stones. The screws allow different positions of the screen

Neck protection system

• Compared to other helmets on the market, this model is designed with a special shape to offer the rider even more protection against over-extension of the neck area with an extended helmet edge in the neck area. This new equipment works with and without the usual neckguards at Enduro and Motocross

Comfort lining

• All LS2 helmets have removable and washable inner lining to keep them fresh and new. Our anatomically designed cheek pads are based on LS2's 3D laser technology for a perfect fit. We use hypoallergenic substances, which remove the moisture to ensure the driver always pleasant conditions

Bolster

• Attached to the back of the helmet shell, the neck pad ensures a comfortable position of the head in the helmet. In the event of an accident, it prevents unwinding of the helmet in conjunction with a properly closed chinstrap

Hypoallergenic

• We use hypoallergenic substances that support the moisture transport and ensure a comfortable fit

Laser cut upholstery

• Foam with different densities is laser cut in 3D and adapts perfectly to the driver's head shape
