Trousers are true to size I'm a 29in leg 32 waist and small was perfect for me.
If your my size and your riding trousers are loose fitting go for medium.
Only two heavy showers on bike and no problem with keeping out the rain this far.
For the price I have no problem recommend Richa warrior waterproof teousers.
