Arai Pinlock Insert for Arai Tour-X 3 |Tour-X 4| XD4 Type Visors From  €32.14

If you follow the instructions, which do look a bit scary because you have to almost straighten the visor right out to slot in the pinlock, then this goes in fairly smoothly. Make sure you don't touch the part that faces the visor, you really don't want fingerprints there. Works really well and is a perfect replacement to the one that came with my Tour X4 originally. I went for the standard clear one, but am considering getting a heavily tinted one for the summer.

Years coming and just great. No need to bring glasses and the transition is seamless in that unless you look in the mirrors, you don't see the pinlock getting darker. I haven't been out on a really low sun day and at the moment it seems more of a dark smoke, but that maybe the sun, but it has taken all the glare away - so very happy. Great service from The Visor Shop too ....

I ordered this pin lock and after fitting it had problems with misting. A quick phone call to Visor Shop and Paul gave some very helpful advice over the phone. When this didn’t fix the problem, they sent me a replacement pin lock within a day.
The replacement is perfect and gives the right amount of shade from the sun for winter riding.

Fit the TourX4 perfectly, for some reason the pinlock that came with the helmet never did. Also did not have the pinlock emblem on it so I wonder if it was genuine.

I have not used it on a perfectly cloudless day yet, but so far no glare.

WOW. Superb, brilliant. Everything is so clear especially at that time of the evening when you seem to be between visors. A clear one would be no good to you but a dark tinted one would not Let you see anything

I've used pinlocks for years I will say they are a pain to fit on the arai tour x visor but when done right they are great plus the visor shop are very prompt at getting your product to you many thanks

A genuine Pinlock 120 insert exactly as supplied with a Tour X4 helmet from new. Excellent delivery time from The Visor Shop, very well packaged and protected for the journey.

Living in California, we get alot of sunshine with cooler mornings in the winter. This insert is perfect for those times. It doesn't get real dark, hence only 4 stars, compared to the Transitions shield on my Klim helmet.
