Arai Breath Deflector For Tour-X Range From  €15.47

Even though it’s really bad documented how you need to install it, I finally did it and installed it. It’s an almost perfect for, though it’s pretty tight and after a week of riding it hasn’t moved. When riding with open visor and goggles, even in the rain, my face is protected. Wow. It really closes the gap between the Goggles and the chin part of the helmet, where I used to collect rain on the lower part of my face. When riding without goggles, and with a closed visor, I have the impression that the loser part of the visor, that’s not covered by the pinlock doesn’t fog up.

The fit is good and is relatively easy to insert. The plastic is quite hard and as it’s not a fitted item, as in it is not tight across your nose and face, so I found the wind rushed between the insert and my gace straight into my eye. Would be nice to have a flexible membrane or some kind of seal, but the fogging I was getting has stopped.

Had some problems at night with the pinlock insert on my Arai Tour X4, removed it and "replaced" with the breath deflector. Thumbs up!

As previous reviews have mentioned, yes the item works but anything over 60mph the air rushing past it makes your eyes water. Saying that it works well up until then fits well as you would expect from Arai
