I always use grip puppies on my bikes, I find them really comfortable and they reduce hand tiredness on long trips. Couldn't get any in Oz when I wanted some for a new bike so I ordered from visor shop in UK. Cost a bit more due to freight but they arrived in a week..... very happy.

Easy to fit on (with a little help on some soapy water). Could even fit a throttlerocker over the right one. Less vibration, better grip. I'm happy, notable increase in riding comfort for not a very huge expense.
