Ultimateaddons Motorcycle Handlebar Clamp Bolt Attachment
This is one of our most popular 25mm motorcycle mounting attachments. This attachment offers a very neat and tidy solution for mounting a range of devices to your motorcycles handlers. This motorcycle attachment is designed to replace one of the existing handlebar clamp bolts to allow a range of devices to be attached to a motorcycle / scooter.
BOLT SIZE
This attachment requires you to remove one of your existing handlebar clamp bolts. Once you have removed the bolt, measure the thread diameter and the length of the thread that goes into the handlebar.
We off three sizes of bolts
- M6 = 6mm
- M8 = 8mm
- M10 = 10mm
The second measurement is the length of the bolt the supplied bolt lengths are approx: 55/60/65mm, once you attach the 1" ball attachment to the screw head the thread length that will go into the handlebars are approx: 27/32/37mm.
INSTALLATION
Simply remove your existing handlebar clamp bolt. Select the closest size bolt (remember bolt needs to be longer) and place the bolt through the 25mm ball head.
Tighten till secure with Allen Key, also check the other handlebar clamp bolts are secure.
