The Max Vision 120 pinlock insert for the Scorpion R1, 1400 and 520 helmets is amazing. I use the Scorpion Exo 520 which came with just a pinlock 70 insert, noticed it fogged up quite easily and a lot. Upgraded to the 120 which is better at reducing fogging and so far I've had no complaints at all.
Only issue is the fit, be sure to get the insert perfectly along the top ridge of the visor to ensure a good seal, as once it's in and set.. the pinlock sort of conforms to the pins and makes changing the position hard afterwards.
