Bought 2 units, delivery as expected - arrived next day. Unfortunately one wouldn't power up despite being fully charged. I contacted The Visor Shop, very quick email reply sent the dead unit back and two days later a new one arrived- pre-tested by the shop to make sure all was ok. Both sets fitted to helmets and working as they should. Great service - thanks guys.

This is my first comms system and is capable of more than I will ever use it for. However, in the absence (availability) of an equally discreet Bluetooth only speaker to hear only my satnav, and limited options for the C3 Pro helmet, I have to say I'm very impressed. It is relatively easy to install and fits very well once installed. Take your time and follow the YouTube guidance easily found. Once it is in it is easy to link up the satnav and phone. I've used it for guidance and making/receiving calls at speeds over 70mph, and once the volume is set it works well. I've not tried to use the fm radio and probably won't, my iPhone plays the music but again, won't use this function. Negatives: The sound clarity isn't great with high volume but it's not a real issue unless you are genuinely hard of hearing. Only other issue was once I started listening to my music through iPhone, it wouldn't pick up the phone function when trying to make a call. It made the call, but I couldn't hear or be heard by the other side of the call. However, in defence, I think this is more to do with iPhone than the comms system. I resolved it by un-pairing and re-pairing the phone, and as I said, won't use it to listen to music. It's a great piece of kit but an expensive one for me when all I wanted was to hear my satnav. Somebody should take this want as a business opportunity and produce a simple, high quality speaker system. i.e. something to hear a satnav with that doesn't require a miic for communicating. Hope this helps. Sean
