Oxford Cruise Anti-Fatigue Throttle Assist From  £7.59

This was much too wide for the throttle tube on a Street Triple R, I couldn't comfortable use the throttle at all. However, cutting it in half and discarding the half with the lobe left me with a bit that was really comfortable to use with my thumb (positioning the fitting accordingly) allowing me to relax my grip and reduce cramps with my fingers over the brake. I can still use the throttle normally when not cruising at flat stick.
