Halvarssons Trenton Leather Motorcycle Jacket (Brown)
The Halvarssons Trenton is a biking jacket based loosely on the design of the original WW2, A2 flying jacket. It's made from a washed, or tumbled, goatskin. Goatskin tends to be thinner than cowhide, but for its thickness it's much stronger. Goat, though, is superbly comfortable to wear, and indeed that's the case with the Trenton. But, as always, Halvarssons has lined this jacket in all the most vulnerable areas with its own Hi-Art lining that increases the strength of leather by 200%. CE armour is fitted, as standard, in the elbows and shoulders. There's a pocket for a back protector. The jacket has two pockets on the outside, and two more on the inside. The collar is kept in place with fasteners to stop it flying about in the wind. The hem adjusts by means of two side buckle straps. Obviously, the Trenton will zip into any Halvarssons pant, but use the company's simple but clever Waist Zip, and you can connect the jacket to any pair of jeans. This is going to be a great summer jacket. If it is cold, layer up. If it is wet, put on a waterproof.
