These mounts are a struggle to get off a helmet - they stick down very well! You can use a credit card or similar to wriggle under to relocate a mount about 2 further times.
The system works well.
I recently purchased this item from the Visorshop.com It is without doubt the best product on the market, it is proper sticky I know it will do the job it is designed to do 110% I only needed 1 but the spares will be stored away probably for a long time before I need to use another one
