Dating back to 2007, these one-off limited editions have become highly desired collector items, featuring stunning liveries created by long-time Arai collaborator and design icon Aldo Drudi. As the Official Helmet Partner to the world’s most famous road race, Arai is proud to present its 2025 design on its leading road racing helmet worn by riders at the TT, the RX-7V EVO. With striking blocks of orange, blue and white that match the TT’s new colour scheme that launched in 2024, the latest livery is complimented by island themes and tributes to the legendary race. The Triskelion, known as the Three Legs of Man, features on the top of the helmet, with the double TT logo on the sides within a multi-coloured circular pattern that captures a sense of motion. Black and white panels also create a subtle chequered flag motif. The iconic Ellan Vannin (Isle of Man in Manx) text features, along with a new Limited Edition logo to complete this latest TT exclusive. Beneath the new design lies Arai’s ever-evolving Priority for Protection, the constant search for even the smallest gains in helmet protection that contribute to the Glancing Off ability of a helmet. The state-of-the-art RX-7V EVO evolved from the RX-7, Arai’s motorcycle R&D benchmark, and it has since become the helmet of choice for many riders around the world for its protection, comfort and performance. In 2025 Arai will begin its fifth decade at the Isle of Man, having celebrated at the 2024 edition 40 years since Joey Dunlop and Brian Reid first wore Arai on the Mountain Course. History was made this year with Arai rider Michael Dunlop’s record-breaking 29th TT victory, and 2025 will no doubt deliver another memorable event. The TT races have been invaluable R&D to Arai, helping accumulate small improvements that add up to the rounder, stronger and smoother shells that Arai is renowned for on the most challenging and unique road race on the globe.
