Firstly I would not attempt to replace the pinlock with bread but simply use the real thing which has been one of the best items of biking gear I have discovered in recent years!
No more wet rides peering under the bottom of a steamed up visor!
Just completed an 850 mile round trip to the legendary Dragon Rally in Wales mostly under water a d not once did the pinlock let me down even when the inside of the helmet and my hair was wet!
Can’t rate it highly enough. Simple genious.

Bought a new Visor and Pinlock for my Arai Helmet, always a pfaff to fit but as previous do a great job. The service from the Visor Shop was brill.
