I got tired of continually swapping from dark to light visors and thought I'd try one of these. I'm glad I did. The Pro Shade works really well and is easy to use even at speed. There are some good videos on You Tube to help you understand how to lock the dark visor in place - either up or down and it doesn't take long to master the technique. There's no buffeting or wind resistance when the dark visor is up and I have found myself using it like this a lot, especially when riding into the sun. Recommended.

I had some reservations about wind turbulence with the shade up but it is only slighty noticeable when I look at the tank [done as a test]. The shade is easily operated with winter gloves and cut down the early low winter sun to a reasonable level so I can ride with both hands on the handlebars now. [Honda Blackbird]

I was very impressed how speedy the delivery of this item was. On top of that it was packaged professionally and had an extra item added that I was not aware of - anti-fog add-on layer. I haven't mounted it on my helmet yet as I haven't figured out how to lift the shade.

Brilliant visor, I doubt I'll go back to just a plain visor now! the visorshop price matched the item and refunded me the difference and delivery was as expected no delays.

Very fast delivery. Tried out this visor at the weekend. Takes a while to get used to pulling up the shaded visor with gloves on but eventually got easier. A good piece of kit at a very reasonable price.

This product from Arai is yet another game changer, saves the hassle of keeping, carrying and changing visors. Works perfectly and paired with the pin-lock it works brilliantly.

This works a treat. Way better than sunglasses. I’ve not experienced any buffeting, but also I’m not out trying to break land speed records.
M perfect for Scottish weather. Low sun, cloudy changeable weather.

Very pleased with the purchase. Worked a treat on my 2018 debut.

I wear glasses. Sun-glasses are fine in the sun, but a pain when going into dark tunnels. Or when it turns dark. This visor allows you to wear a sun shade when needed, then you can quickly flip it up when you need a clear view. I have two things that could be better; the tinting could be graded, making the top half progressively darker. And the locking mechanism when the tinted portion is in the UP-position require two hands when you need to lower it again. Also, if you ride in the rain and wants a clear visor + the ability to wipe the shield, you will find it difficult to get a thick gloved finger underneath the tinted flipped up part. However, I think overall this is a better system than an integrated tinted visor inside the helmet, since that compromise safety and is more difficult to access for cleaning IMO.

Pin lock essential bit of kit. Tinted visor could do with being a tad lower but that's a minor grip,

It works but think that the clarity is down a bit on the older visors. Also dont reckon you can move it back up on the mov, but you can certainly lower the smoked one. Think the pinlock works better on this one seems to be slightly resigned and does not have any adjustment.
