• Your Comments on us I purchase a TAKANO 46 Leather jacket from you last year at the Isle of Man, I only got to wear it occassionally because it matched the bike i had at the time. I had an accident last week whilst wearing the jacket. I hit the road hard first with my shoulder and carried on sliding on my arm before everything else hit. I could'nt believe that i sustained NO injuries at all to my shoulder or arm, not even a bruise; the same could not be said about my legs (wish i had got the jeans to match) I would like to say thanks, I can't tell you how impressed I was with the jacket, It may be a write off but I'm not. I had a bad experience with a rival UK based company whom kept me waiting for over 3 months and did not deliver the goods with very poor communication. I placed the order on Tuesday and recieved the item on Thursday. Thank You !!!! John - London

Everything was spot on, the side pods and the breath deflector were perfect, just have to grow me legs a little bit for the wetsuit. I bought a helmet from you at the TT and i was amazed at the time you took to show me how to change visors etc, even though you had a big queue of people inside and outside the shop. Lots of other shops would have concetrated on making the next sale rather than spending so much time on each customer. Keep up the good work, aand hopefully I'll see you at TT08. Cath Ward

• Your Comments on us Just a quick thank you for your excellent service. I bought an Arai helmet from you online a year ago after trying one for size in J&S. What i did'nt realise is that J&S aren't authorised Arai dealers and source the helmets from the likes of Asia and America, so the helmet i tried on had a different fit to the one supplied by Crosan. It just didn't seem to fit right but luckily i came across the guys from Crossan on their stand at the IOM TT 2009 near the grandstand. Straight away they got me to put my helmet on and wouldn't let me go until they were satisfied that my lid fit me right, half an hour later i walked away with a big smile and a perfect custom fit helmet at no extra cost, when it comes to helmet fit these guys know their stuff and nothing is a problem to them at all !!
