Battery maintenance is an art. Making a charger that will maintain all the different types of batteries available today - 24/7 - takes a bit of thinking! With their distinctive extruded aluminium cases our smart chargers look different on the outside and they contain unique technology too.

They will maintain all types of lead-acid batteries including MF (Maintenance Free) and GEL. Unlike many other so-called ‘floating’ smart chargers that actually give a constant current all the time, ours will drop to zero current when the battery is fully charged and top it up as required.

We recommend that the maximum battery rating is 60Ahr, but any of these chargers will cope with a larger battery if needed - it just takes longer to recover a discharged battery.
